General Director
Aziz Abdusattarovich Abdujabbarov is the General Director of Eco Carbon Services. He brings strong expertise in strategic leadership and business development, leading the company’s growth in environmental and climate technology sectors. Under his leadership, the company is implementing large-scale projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving energy efficiency in Uzbekistan. In partnership with Hududgazta’minot JSC, Climate Compass LLC (USA), and GasGreen Asia, a major methane leak detection and mitigation project has been successfully launched. This initiative has gained international recognition and was highlighted at an official event attended by the U.S. Ambassador. The project’s main investor is Ecoeye Co., Ltd. (South Korea), supporting the implementation of climate commitments under the Paris Agreement. As a result, tens of thousands of methane leaks have been eliminated, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions, creating jobs, and improving economic efficiency by reducing gas losses. He focuses on driving innovation, attracting international investment, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Chief Engineer (other fields)
Istam Uktamovich Mamatov is an experienced specialist and executive in the fields of gas supply, energy, and industrial infrastructure. He has extensive practical experience in organizing production processes, ensuring technical safety, and developing engineering systems within enterprises. From 2012 to 2022, he held leadership positions in the Hududgaz system, including Chief Engineer and Head of the Gas Networks and Gas Distribution Points Monitoring and Control Service. Since 2023, he has been working as Chief Engineer at EKOCARBON SERVICES LLC and also serves as the First Deputy General Director, overseeing technical policy, engineering operations, and production processes of the company.

Director of the Material and Technical Supply Department
Zaxidov Muzaffar Yuldashevich is the Director of the Material and Technical Supply Department. Since 2023, he has been working at EKOCARBON SERVICES MChJ, where he is responsible for coordinating internal control, resource management, and supply discipline processes. His professional experience includes: He manages the supply system, logistics, material resources, and internal control. As a leader, he is responsible for the efficient use of the company’s material and technical resources, strengthening executive discipline, and ensuring the timely execution of orders and assignments. He supervises warehouse operations, financial settlements, and the safeguarding of material assets. Through strategic initiatives, he contributes to internal audits, rational resource management, and improving supply discipline efficiency. Under his leadership, the company’s internal management system has been strengthened, which has become an important factor in the successful implementation of environmental and business projects.


Head of HR and Executive Discipline Department
Yuldashev Dilshodbek Shukhratbek ogli — Head of HR and Executive Discipline Department, Deputy General Director. He has over 6 years of professional experience in management, human resources, and the tax and finance sectors. He began his career as a State Chief Tax Inspector, gaining experience in tax administration and public service delivery. Later, he worked as a Chief Specialist in the financial system, contributing to the implementation of government and social programs. In the private sector, he served as a Senior Manager, developing strong expertise in operations and team leadership. Since 2023, he has been working at EKOCARBON SERVICES, leading HR policy, internal control, labor discipline, and corporate governance development.
